Prices:

The prices are per apartment and per day with an occupancy of 2 persons. For each additional person, the above prices apply.

The price includes bed linen, towels, sauna towels, the use of our spa and our morning bread service. The prices include all duties and taxes (excluded tourist tax).

The final cleaning is 42 € for the 1 room apartments, 50 € for the 2 room apartments and 60 € for the 3 room apartment.​

Local Tax:

For all persons over 14 years since 01.01.2014 a tourist tax in the amount of 3.20 € per person and night. This tax is not included in the price of the apartment and can only be paid in cash. Legal changes reserved.

BOOKING / CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deposit:
The reservation is valid only with a deposit of € 150,00 by bank transfer as binding. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation or no-show.

Cancellation:
In the case of cancellation due to Corona, the cancellation conditions are waived and you can cancel your booked holiday at short notice, free of charge.

Otherwise the cancellation conditions listed below apply.

More than 2 months before departure there are no cancellation fees.

In case of cancellation 60 days or more prior to departure, we charge the rental price for the entire reservation period (100% of the booking value) should the apartment not be re-rented.

We therefore recommend you to take out a European Travel Insurance.

Arrival:
The apartments can be obtained on the day of arrival from 14.00 clock. If you are unable to arrive by 20.00, please call us.

Late Arrival:
The shift of the arrival day must be communicated to us at least 3 weeks before the booked arrival day, otherwise we charge the agreed rental price for the entire reservation time.

Departure:
The apartments are to be released on the day of departure at the latest 10:00 clock.

Early Departure:
If the early departure is not announced at least 3 weeks before the booked departure date, we charge the agreed rental price for the entire reservation period (100% of the booking value).

Payment:
For organizational reasons, we ask you to settle the bill at the latest on the eve of your departure. Payment can be made in cash (up to 4.999,99 €), by bank card or by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD).

The final cleaning will be charged separately and in cash.

• In the event of a VAT increase after the reservation has been made, the price will be adjusted accordingly.

• The price includes bed linen, hand / bath towels, except the community residence tax, which has been introduced since 01.01.14

• We accept no liability for illness, weather ecc.
